Good job! It was a pleasure dealing with Dennis before, after and during the replacement of our inlet valve to the hot water heater? He was personable, thorough, efficient and left the work site very clean. No doubt Dennis is a valued employee of Moore-Werner Plumbing and Heating!

I am very impressed by the service today for the installation of the new gas line for my kitchen range. The young man was very patient and courteous with all he had to do to get the appliance set up properly. Thank you for your great team at the Cheboygan office.

The technician called prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way and the approximate time of arrival. He had taken pictures of the furnace and surrounding area, which he showed to me.

Jake is top notch. Had an issue with my combo boiler/hot water heater and Jake corrected it and did a thorough test to ensure nothing else was wrong. I belong to the warranty program si I always request him as the tech even for just the inspections.

Addressed the repair of a compression commode assembly. Dan was most methodical assessing the situation and took the necessary time to accomplish the tasks on the maintenance checklist. He was attentive to keeping me informed on each step. Dan was professional and customer focused.

Came on schedule and installed a new kitchen faucet for us. It was an awkward installation behind a farmhouse sink. But the job was done well!
